As we get ready to open up our doors to you, we want to share with you what we are doing here at LuxeCraft Salon to provide you with a safe and healthy salon environment .
While these temporary changes are in place , we ask you to please to respect and cooperate with our current salon rules and guidelines, as they are aimed to protect and provide peace of mind to clients, customers and stylists.
With careful thought and consideration from each of us, we can continue to operate our business confidently. We look forward to serving you, and our community!
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We will be adopting a block scheduling system temporarily to separate stylists and create a safe distance between our stations.This reduces the amount of people we see in the salon in a day.This also means that your stylist will only be taking clients 3 days a week. We appreciate patience on your end while trying to book with your favorite artist.
MASKS
Everyone is required to wear a mask inside the salon at this time. If you forget your mask or don't have one, you're in luck! We have super cute masks for sale! You will need to purchase one through us or reschedule your appointment.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
It will take us a few weeks to effectively reschedule all the appointments we had set in our books when the shutdown occurred. We will be booking our canceled clients first. Please be patient with us if you are a new client and looking to book, we have a flood of calls / texts /messages per day and are doing our best to efficiently get everyone back in the door.
Consider cutting your appointment in half, it can be difficult to comfortably sit in a mask for 3+ hours. Stylists can experience fatigue from working all day in one as well, any bit of extra consideration is appreciated during these times.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
We ask you to please come alone to your appointment, do not bring any extra people with you including your child or children to the appointment.
It is essential to minimize the amount of people in the salon and provide a calm environment for stylists and clients that may be feeling anxious or nervous in these times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are showing ANY symptoms, please stay home. We will reschedule you. We have to be extremely mindful of everyones health, it is the responsible thing to do!
Once you arrive, please wait in your car or outside of the salon until your stylist is ready for you.
Allow us to provide you with your robe or cape. We will not have you change, keeping sweaters, tops with you. Avoid wearing white or high collars.
Although we'd love to serve you, please bring your own beverage with you at this time. We are doing our best to limit contact between stylists and clients.
RETAIL PRODUCT
Please allow us to grab your favorite product off the shelf for you. We are aiming to to limit as much contact as we can to keep you safe.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
In order to minimize contact, we are no longer accepting cash payments on services or retail at the moment. We do accept apple pay, and credit cards but will ask you to slide your credit card yourself when checking out.
SANITATION
We can assure you that tools, chairs, shampoo bowls, door handles, ipad etc.. are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
We have always taken this serious.
Capes and robes are safely washed, sanitized and stored in sealed garment bags prior to use, and washed immediately after each use. They are never put back to be reused.
